      Pros

      Healthy culture, easy to communicate with anyone, particularly noticeable is that anyone can talk with the senior executives, COO, CAO and CEO. They are approachable and talk to you like a peer.

      Cons

      I think the company is great. Alot of people have worked here a long time and enjoy the company. There isn't much turnover which is nice. Communication could be better at times.
