Small company, semi-interesting industry, room for growth if you'd like to stay there.
Cons
Very micro managed, communication severely lacking, unsure on what direction company is moving uses contract labor to leverage large projects sold of industry leaders.

It was a job. For what you actually do, the pay is okay -- if that's what you want to do.
Cons
Spreadsheets are all you'll ever see at this company. You'll hardly interact with others. I would wear the same clothes more than one day in a row.
The few times I did interact with clients (via email), I answered questions thoroughly and accurately but was reprimanded by a co-worker for doing so. She seemed threatened for some reason.
