Pros

1) none realised by me

1) They are not professionals 2) They do not pay for your services 3) They hire people without looking at resumes and then after 10-12 days terminate services saying they thought the resume said some else, ergo zero accountability 4) after terminating the services of an employee they make a big show of offering the job back but at an extremely low salary and say " prove yourself if you want to work here ", there is no HR department where you can complain of such behavior 5) they expect you to work on weekends and public holidays when you refuse they start being passive-aggressive (especially the CEO who is extremely obnoxious and passive-aggressive ) 6) They do not pay for the 10-12 days, by ghosting your emails 7) They have no form of communication 8) They have a manager working with them who has no sense of time, the guy calls after 9 pm and keeps talking for 20min +, the talks are nonsense, it is just one point repeated again and again 9)They have zero processes, no BRDs are created for problems, they actually kind of proud of all this. 10) it is a toxic place to work, but only because of the CEO.
