OSR is extremely disorganized and management decisions seem to be driven by knee-jerk reactions or fleeting thoughts. The level of drama and favoritism demonstrated by the owners is only outshined by the level of butt kissing demonstrated by the yes men that surround them. The owners do not live in reality. Forget work life balance here. Workers have been fired or black balled for not being available to work overtime during storms or for having life issues like death greiving, having a baby, a special needs child, or other family needs. Forget about having an opinion different than the script. At OSR it is pay for performance, that is those that agree with the next bad idea and hop on the drama hate train, get paid well. DANGER! DO NOT DISAGREE! In the almost 2 years I have been there have been countless things we have been told on pay, procedures, benefits, even organizational chart things and they change and then they act like it was never said. We had a compensation study done to make sure everyone was being adequately compensated. Guess what? We are, no pay increases for you! The data showed that people in Texas and Iowa should be paid the exact same thing as someone in Florida or New York. Come on, we aren't stupid. The owners say the employees are the reason why they have such success, but that is not what their actions say. New employees, stay away! Or else grab some popcorn, and let's watch the dumpster fire together.
