Provides hybrid and remote options for selective roles- employs women who have had a break in career due to domestic responsibilities - good mix of experienced mentors and young people

Would be great if there are offices in Hyderabad and Chennai as well

good opportunity for learning as you have to stretch till late night (If you are eager to learn) Easy to enter into the organisation if you are relative of Bibin.

Cons

Bibin P R stop asking silly questions and make employees feel dumb. Nd your whole family is in Onusworks and ask questions for them. Don't do office politics. And don't intervene into someone's private life.
