Pros
Near endless learning and growth opportunities for those new to tech. Management listens and is open to new ideas. Healthy work-life balance and none of the after-hours toxicity that comes with Korean office culture. Well-respected locally, and improving international reach.
Cons
Like most tech companies in East Asia OpenSG has an older, mostly male staff and a male-centered work culture.
