      Salaries are never late, genuinly good people and they try to enhance the environment

      every here and then they conduct huge lay offs, no clear direction and a lot of redundant projects

      Pros

      My boss mentors me and actively helps me become a better developer. In general the people are nice. You'll learn a lot working there.

      Cons

      There's a lot of pressure and no validation. You're mistakes will get pointed out and your good work will go unnoticed. That's something that I find important, personally.
