Amazing people and culture

Pros

I love the people and culture here. For an SDR agency, it has a very supportive and nurturing culture. Good commissions if you hit your numbers.

Cons

It's still an SDR agency, so there is pressure to meet targets and book meetings.

Pros

The training programme is robust - setting you up for success from day one and continuing throughout with RPCs, call of the week (taking really good tips and tricks from other calls) and general feedback sessions. The fact you get exposure to some of the largest enterprises in the world is a huge opportunity. The experience you gain from these interactions are invaluable and really accelerate your professional development. Management provides consistent feedback with goals that are crystal clear so you always know what you are working towards with a commission structure that is fair and competitive. The SLT is refreshingly transparent. They hold quarterly calls with the whole staff making you really feel connected to the bigger picture. Despite having a large remote working presence they do an excellent job at maintaining engagement through company surveys and frequent in person events from football games to rounders.

Cons

Depending on the campaign you are on response times for certain issues can be lengthy. However this is not really a fault of MemoryBlue but more about the nature working with large enterprise clients with their own internal processes.

Pros

Great earning potential. Good commission possible with good performance. Very supportive, collaborative culture. A brilliant place to test yourself and thrive in sales development.
