There is absolutely nothing good about working there
Cons
- Micromanaging everything - No freedom in deciding what’s best for customer’s service - Choose not to trust employees even with evidence - Empty promises - Unreasonable T&C - No staff well-being, not compassionate - Stingy even when it comes to providing customer services - Position applied for is totally different to what you get (Not even stated in Job description) - Under paid - Unreasonable commission scheme - Forced to reply on non working days (Even on leaves)
