Management meets with employees regularly to discuss performance and to address any issues the employee may be having. They offer great pay and incremental pay increases based on achievements which are clearly defined. You always know what you can do to earn a pay bump. They are employee focused and management really listens to the employees. The management team are wonderful and my colleagues are all great to work with. Onboarding new hires could be more thorough and uniform. In house processes need to be developed and rolled out to avoid confusion within the recruiting team.
