When I worked at OptfinITy, I often considered living in my car. I couldn't afford to support myself on the meager salary. The CEO of this startup, Michael D., doesn't give his employees sick time, at least not while I was working there. We had to use our own PTO. I only accrued 3 hours of PTO for every 80 hours worked and couldn't afford to take a day off.
He also didn't let me have a 401k unless I worked at the company for a year or longer. It really set me back financially. If you care about being treated with dignity and making a living wage, working at OptfinITy is not the place for you
