- very smart, driven, and supportive team up and down the org - innovative tech - building a high-value, enterprise grade platform for supply chain decision-making - strong culture of risk-taking, innovation, and speed to market - CEO has already built a successful software company, and is doing it again - Great opportunity to quickly grow your career

- Early stage chaos at times, though everyone is smart and works together well so these are challenges that are overcome with little drama - Compensation and people development programs are in early stages
