Pros

remote working COULD be seen as a positive

Cons

- Appalling treatment of staff (this will become hostile when they lay you off without pay to ensure the Director’s pockets are lined- even demanding money for equipment such as used old headsets which were returned) - Quality of work not in line with SRA or CQS regulation leading to multiple complaints which the junior staff WILL take the brunt of - Lack of organisation planning and structure - HR don’t have a clue what’s going on - Unbothered attitude from everyone below a certain level of seniority as the salary is shockingly low

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. COVID has been a very difficult time and as a result, it was necessary to lay off a small number of staff. We're really sorry we needed to take this action and for the impact this has on both those immediately effected and the wider teams. The last two years has been like no other that the business has encountered and we have been forced to make some really difficult decisions to adapt our structure. We worked hard to ensure the process was fair, respectful and in line with our contractual obligations.

Pros

Home working is the only pro

Cons

The company has laid off over 30 members of staff, most of them were recruited into the role as full time staff, however once stamp duty land tax holiday can to an end we were left to fend for ourselves, we were laid off and offered just over 100 pounds a month, how in todays world is that enough, save yourselfs the trouble and don’t apply there, the company doesn’t work within the SRA guidelines and is heading into a very bad place, one manager had already been to a employment tribunal for the way they bullied a member of staff

Pros

- Possibly home working however this is a mandatory requirement therefore not a benefit that is offered by this firm.

Cons

- Staff turnover is appalling. Over 30 staff members have left one department. - Management do not listen to staff. - No opportunities for progression. You'll be moved between department however you will not progress from your job role. If you are a file handler that is the maximum you'll progress too. - Need to learn to walk before you can run when branching into new departments. - half an hour lunch breaks. - no work/life balance. Senior management encourage you to work in your own time to meet targets.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The COVID pandemic created some pros and cons for our business. Luckily, we were able to introduce remote working with limited notice. Our teams responded so well to this flexible approach, that we were able to implement home working on a permanent basis. Longer lunch breaks, flexible working hours and working location are all part of our family-friendly policies. We recognise that one size doesn't fit all - that's why we're committed to ensuring we meet the needs of the individual concerned.
