Great place to grow as a consultant and work on meaningful projects
Pros
Working with Optimax Business Consulting has been an awesome experience. The projects are high-impact and actually challenge you to think strategically — not just check boxes. The leadership team is very smart, approachable, and gives you real autonomy to own your work. You get exposure to advanced RevOps and marketing systems, clear communication on expectations, and plenty of opportunities to learn. The flexibility is also a huge plus — it’s easy to balance this with other commitments while still feeling like part of the team.
Cons
The only downside (if you can call it that): like most consulting work, things can get fast-paced at times. You need to stay organized and self-directed when projects ramp up — but that’s just the nature of consulting, not an Optimax issue.
