Pros
Weekends off, 1-hour lunch break, just a couple minutes walk to Publix, free garage parking, most co-workers are easy to work with
Cons
No compensation for traveling to other locations, high turnover, favoritism, stressful work environment, no employee appreciation, no professional growth or promotional opportunities (especially not internally), and hours will be cut (until a person wants to quit) if they think you are “underperforming”, the main doctor is rude and disrespectful to employees and in front of patients!
