I joined OrbitPad few months back and overall its been a good journey. Company is growing fast so you get to learn a lot of things in short time. People are friendly and helpful and management is mostly approachable. Since its ecommerce there is always something new happening which keeps work interesting.

Bitpad is a really good place if you want to understand ecommerce in detail. Since the company is growing fast you get exposure to many different areas like operations, supply chain, product listings, customer support and even a little marketing. This helps in building strong skills at an early stage. Managers are generally supportive and open to new ideas, teammates are friendly and work culture is collaborative. The environment encourages you to take ownership of tasks which makes you learn faster compared to big companies. Office location is convenient, working hours are decent most of the time, and during normal periods work life balance is manageable. HR team is approachable and willing to help. For freshers or people with 1–2 years experience this is a great stepping stone because you get hands-on learning rather than just routine tasks.
