1. Not professional culture and management decisions. Decisions are made based on mere negative thoughts of top leaders and are a little too personal. So much drama 2. Top leaders can't solve problems (and mostly become the cause of the problem) 3. Lack of onboarding process for new joiners 4. No promise kept from top leaders 5. Bad financial management. One of the top leaders can cash out easily from the company's cash account yet employees have minimum wage and late payroll (at some points)
