1. They circa back to 90s way work old school working where you have a punch card and they micromanage you to the tee 2. The board members are hopeless they hire you and sack you whenever they feel like 3. The have a onboarding session where they stress on loyalty but they throw you out whenever they feel like it 4. salary is not convincing 5. It quantity over quality there 6. the management want's to see you "working" and " constantly " busy" otherwise they they you are just sitting on your a** and not productive
