Pros
The best design job I've had. Everyone there is great to work with and it was an amazing team to be a part of. If you're an illustrator/Designer in the screen printing industry, this is where you want to work. Artists critique each other's work and there aren't any egos, you get to work on designs for some really cool companies (as well as original concepts for tourism), and you do some great complex separations.
Cons
There's a lot of missed potential here. With the right marketing and e-commerce strategy, the sky would be the limit for this company. Remote work isn't really possible with press checks and the pay (while better than other shops in town) isn't going to roll your socks up and down.
