Outset is a genuinely great place to work at - full of smart, kind, respectful people who are working hard to win, and at a company that understands that winning long term includes building a team and environment where everyone wants to be at long term. People are professional yet sociable and friendly. While everyone is working hard to win, it is not a sweatshop or somewhere where badges are being monitored for hourly attendance every day. If you like challenging problems, work hard, get the job done, take initiative, want support in your own professional growth, and work well with others, Outset is a good fit for you.

Great startup energy with lots of ownership and rapid progress. Plenty of opportunities to tackle visible, impactful work. Work alongside very smart colleagues and founders who truly understand the space. Daily stand-ups give strong company visibility. Excellent benefits (health, dental, vision), 401(k) matching, commuter perks, and a lovely office that’s quickly growing. Overall an amazing experience with few real downsides. Amazing bus ads!
