      -teams are in sync -most co-workers were supportive

      -lack of organization -power struggles between higher ups -Unprofessional communication (received tasks through phone call and unclear texts)

      All the things that come with a small shop

      Pros

      It's a small team, so the opportunities to get your hands on what you want to work on is extremely high. As well as having your voice heard.

      Cons

      But there are downsides to a small team as well, being less support and the potential for long hours on certain projects.

      CEO is a control freak who thinks everyone that works there is a mind reader. Impossible to be effective without the proper tools and the CEO expecting instant results
