      Salary low if you not british No growth if you not british Promise you accommodation when you arrive and after a month's stay athotel they'll deduct the full allowance SLT are newly qualified teachers with no experience with leadership Disregard any input from other nationalities Principal is only about him and you can't challenge him He takes criticism very badly He doesn't respect the culture and religion
