      poor leadership and culture

      salary, flat hierarchy. convenient. nice colleagues generally but all afraid of leader.

      Cons

      demanding top management, leader no respect for staff. long hours, no work life balance

      Awesome bonuses that follows civil service Good budget for staff welfare Excellent training and quality of work by the team, superb supervision

      The most toxic place to work in. Once you’re in, there’s NO WAY OUT. Welcome to hell… or the closest to a cult No work life balance, EVERYTHING will be vetted by supervisors, no growth to be own person and even if already vetted by supervisors, you will still be at fault if anything happens to the client. Work beyond office hours and not allowed to claim Time off for it Very blaming towards individuals, very personal and targetted, especially when one is leaving, they will make life hell for you the moment you tender and even when you’re out of the company by haunting you @ your new company Micromanages newbies in office. As long as you’re not senior, don’t expect to be treated fairly/ equally Rude bosses who are not trauma informed and do not speak to staff/ other organisations with respect
