There are many steps to the interview process but it makes sense. They offer benefits that start on your first day of work. There is a lot of knowledge to absorb and information to retain but it sales and once you know it, you know it. We are paid well, motivated with cash incentives, rewards, and bonuses. No nights or weekends. We can work in office or remote. Work, play, get paid. Pretty simple.

Cons

Compliance isn't the most exciting industry and there is a lot of information in the beginning.
