- Management will not respond to you if you have any issues (I.e. unresponsive and lack of accountability) and hr is literally a team of one person with a bad attitude; old people still “leading” the firm
- They will pay you under market and not be open to negotiate because “overtime” will apparently make up for it (it doesn’t)
- Lack of feedback, so good luck if you’re actually trying to grow a career here; I never even had a performance review
- Again, limited growth and room for advancement unless you wanna kiss b00ty and hope they like you
