I've been with PHS Group for nearly 3 years now, and I have to say it's been one of the best places I've worked. From the moment I started, I was made to feel welcome by my colleagues and supported every step of the way. The company culture is fantastic and I have many colleagues who have been here for decades. The opportunities for growth and development are readily available for those who put themselves forward. I've loved the chance to learn new skills, take on new challenges and collaborate with areas of the business that are of interest to me. My managers have been great, always willing to listen and offer guidance when needed. One of my favourite things about PHS is the emphasis on work-life balance. We're encouraged to prioritise our wellbeing and make time for ourselves and our families with benefits like flexible working and virtual GP access for me and my family.
