Cons
The company only exists now to divert money into the pockets of the PE firm that owns it. It was growing steadily from 2014 onward, then acquired in early 2020. The new owners immediately started laying people off by the dozen, claiming it was because of COVID, which had not had any affect (the company was still making significant new sales at that point). Probably they saw it as a chance to cut payroll, avoid paying unemployment costs (because they blamed it on COVID), and pile extra work on those who were left, who had no other options at that point. If you work here, you will not be helping secure the digital future, you will be a cell in some PE analyst's spreadsheet, nothing more.
