Pros

Honestly, if you are someone who wants to work long hours, never get out on time, and sell cards at a check casher's place, this is the place for you.

Cons

If you have any respect for yourself and your time, do not work here, you will never, and i mean never, get out on time. They force you to stay sometimes 2-3 hours after your time to leave if it is busy, expect new team members, and sometimes a totally new team every few months because people quit so much, it's crazy. They are always hiring because people are always leaving. We are supposed to get a 30-minute lunch and 2, 15 minutes breaks but expect to never get those breaks and sometimes not even a lunch. Most stores are short-staffed as well, the schedule is new everyweek and the people who make the schedule don't care if you worked 4 days in a row the last week honestly they don't even look at the previous week schedule at all expect to work another 4 days in a row. every first and last week of the month are absolute hell, people coming to get their benefits or pay bills but expect something to always be broken, our system goes down every single time so expect to be degraded and cursed at by customers who are just trying to take care of their business they don't care if ur just a csr working minimum wage they want you personally to fix the system and if you tell them you can't they will ask for a manager and when your manager comes over they will repeat the same thing over to said customer and 2 days later you will get an email stating a customer complained about your customer service so now you're in trouble. all that for 16.60 if you live in Chicago <3 also the are incredibly strict with appearance. And if you are like me, where all my dress pants look tight unless I am wearing a size in mens, and way too baggy expect ur dm to comment on everything!
