Management genuinely cares for their employees, owners know their employees by name, your voice will be heard, opportunity for growth, benefits are fabulous.

Pros
Family oriented upper management makes for a good work environment where everyone is accessible including the CEO.
Cons
Limited PTO, and work life balance sucks as they do not allow remote working from home. After multiple years of service they did not honor my unemployment benefit. They have a snotty lawyer. Also, they will let you go without prior notice.
