I have seen/ heard about many companies(startups), compared to them, work intensity is way less Junior engineers actually get hands on experience on the latest products which adds value to their resume along with building a strong base for their future work Always working on the latest technology, so you won't get left behind while working here Every industry is competitive, so is this. You cannot survive if you cannot keep up. People joining here should join with the mindset to actually learn, rather than just to work, especially freshers and juniors(tbh we have like less to no knowledge compared to the sea of information available here)
Cons
HR should hire people who are interested rather desperate, with the mindset to actually learn and keep up with the speed of workflow. If you hire someone with no interest, it affects the workflow, leading to overtime, so hiring should be proper. Market your company more, which inturn brings you more orders, increasing jobs, and for people who get out after a certain period, will get a recognition, building reputation of the company
