Hi, I reached here on behalf of all my colleagues. If you are reading this review then for sure you might be planning to join PRM Soft solutions. I must say you are exactly at the right place and at the right comment. What ever your plans is, just revoke it to save your future and mental peace which will for sure get ruined on joining this organization. Here’s why: 1. You are not allowed to use your phone. Absolute cutoff from the external world. 2. Shift timings are 9:30 to 6:30 but you are never allowed to move out at 6:30. Due to family emergency, I left after completing my working hours, a warning email was issued to me. 3. You will be forced to work on saturdays and sundays without your willingness. 4. You will neither be paid nor you will be compensated in any other way for all the extra hours you have contributed. 5. Absolute rude behaviour from the manager, hopeless HR team who cannot take decisions by their own. 6. You will be wringed out completely with heavy work load, worst attitude towards employees, zero benefits and no flexibility at all. 7. If you are married, be prepared for upcomming divorce, because you will no longer be able to focus on your partner due to no connectivity, weekend working and F**Ked up mind. 8. If you are female and planning for a baby, no maternity leave will be allotted to you but instead you will be forced to submit the resignation. 9. All the employees here are underpaid with no appraisal. 10. Management says "Mah Life Mah Rules" because they make and change the policies as per their convenience. 11. If any emergency arises and you end up taking a leave, or if you are not well, or if you have applied the leave and it isn't approved by the manager then LOP * 2 will be deducted from your pay, but on other hand they will make you work on weekends and forcefully make you wait after working hours and nothing is provided to you in return to this. If you value your family, mental peace, work-life balance and career growth; PRM Soft Solutions is not the place for you.
