1) Turnover rate is extremely high. Management does not care about employee retention.
2) Management is short-sighted as they only care about short term results and they ignore the long term damage caused by their actions.
3) Management prefers to hire part-timers to do a full-timer job which is both unrealistic and naive. They are called part-timers for a reason.
4) Everyone's workload is extremely heavy and congested. Company does not care about the number of manpower they have to support the operations. They will accept any new business even if the new business brings in very low profit margin.
5) BDP customers are the Kings and Queens. It is all about making them happy even when their demands and expectation are ridiculous and unfair. Management is afraid to reject customer requests and do not dare to challenge them.
6) Overtime, tight deadlines is a norm there. You are constantly stressed and overworked. You don't even have spare time to go toilet or smoking. For lunch breaks, most of the employees go to nearby places so they can rush back to work quickly after lunch.
7) It's all work and no fun. Everybody is depressed and unhappy and company does not care a single bit about your well-being or welfare.
