      Good people, talented team, well known clients

      Cons

      Doesn't produce the best work, (often not enough time/money/team to do it well) and frequent changeover in leadership means it can feel unstable and constantly moving goals. Can be a chaotic and somewhat disorganized place much of the time.

      Amazing coworkers, big clients, benefits, decent pay

      Cons

      Company doesn't always get the best work, merger complicates things, work life balance not always great (late nights and weekends)
