-Constant chaos: internal processes are not adhered to, which leads to a poor exchange of information and extra work -No career path: You can develop within your position, but without fluency in Polish, there is no opportunity to progress vertically or horizontally -C-level management: There is no long-term strategy in the company. It changes every 3 months and there are constant changes in the company that have a negative impact on the bottom line -Constant layoffs: In the last 3 years over 200 employees have been laid off because the CEO made strategically wrong decisions. In general, job security at Packhelp is not good

Terribly unprofessional upper managers, lack of regard for employees, awful lack of effective communication, toxic environment, inmature and heartless managers. They seem to improvise in everything they do and have no sense of direction or effective planning. Definitely the worst work experience I've ever had.
