If you are not a LOUD person you are not getting promoted till you resign. Some people date each other, meet them over weekends , party , talk about every other person in company . If you are a performer and brings in lot of new clients and brings in lot of new deals and money to the company.. you won’t be promoted - however EVEN IF you did not do any of the above BUT if you are LOUD AND noisy about everything little you do, and if you happen to date people in the company you get promotions , you get to be in management meetings (even if you are not a manager) .. hard work doesn’t get rewarded in Page - if you are a big mouth , and someone who loves to BOAST About smallest of a thing then - you are a STAR! If you happen to be a bad performer but the management REALLY wants to promote you they will put you in the best performing team so that you can benefit from that and get performance and get promoted ASAP .. funny right ! Micromanagement is a way of life in Page . Even if you are over 5-6 years in business and happen to join them be prepared to go through the worst micro management experience!

A lot of trainings That's it I can think of. My boss sucks so it's just so frustrating to me

Cons

Young managers who do not care about their people at all. They are very demanding and very unreasonable. They even scolded you for 5mins late for work The managers just care about their own KPI, they spend maximum 2 hours total with you each week. And most of the time, they just said what you did not do well but provided no coaching at all

Unable to tell anything good except the pay and wellfare is above industrial average. Office is near to public transport mrt

Cons

Management create fear among subordinates by discouraging them to voice out, take long leave and always exert their authority to press their peers. I was terminated because I had a work dispute with the senior without any formal warning or given chances to mitigate or consultation. Very bias!
