You can work remotely that's the only good thing here

Cons

Managers told you to work after working hours sometime till 12 a.m. Managers don't know anything they gives unrealistic deadlines. Very toxic work culture. Leaves structure is worst. You have only 15 leaves in a year and you can't take all 15 at same time. Every month end you'll receive 1.25 leave so can only take 1.25 only after month ends.
