      Working with interesting furniture every day Good micromanagement of small teams Flexible hours

      Terrible pay On a macro level, poor management Really hard to establish relationships with other colleagues The project is cool but it seems as if they are not making the most of it

      Pros

      Good cultural mix, good intentions to create a solid company and a friendly atmosphere. The CEOs really want to make it work.

      Cons

      Despite all the good intentions, the atmosphere is sad and unfriendly. Profit comes before everything. No clear organisation, bad communication.

      Pros

      nice location, you can bring your dog, big office considering only a few employees use it, flexible time no one really checks when you're working

      Cons

      Beautiful office space but it looks almost abandoned..! No direction from the top, poor and unprofessional management, financial instability since forever it seems... employees left to themselves: no career development path/no room for growth, extremely low salaries for Berlin standards.. except for C level
