      Pros

      - Good communication with cross team (depends on the team) - Young generation

      Cons

      - Boss or leader who will lead you think in their mindset. - Boss or leader who cant be opened and give direct constructive feedback. - Boss or leader who will potentially share your "bad-things" to public team (internal), although still inside the company, but not directly to you. - Boss or leader who wants you to be mentally same and won't open to you even till you are not there anymore. - You have to struggle with the working environment, not only your works.

      Pros

      Great challenge for someone new in working life, who's seeking experience & wide opportunities to learn basic skill set

      Cons

      Most employee are newbie in working industry. For higher level a lot of teaching & building work ethic w/peers. Higher management also lost in direction can't maintain supervision to the company wide goal. Non logical OKR + changing OKR several times in a year.

      1. For someone who want to learn and grow, this is a best place to start. The culture itself will support you to learn more, and the management level is friendly enough to talk and discuss with you. 2. The current system might be not the best, but it started to grow better. 3. Hybrid policy

      Cons

      1. Hustle culture still there, so beware for people who tried to find more work-life balance 2. The Sunter office is a bit far from anywhere, and not exactly the nicest place to work
