      1. Culture/People. The Parachute team is the best. Everyone is friendly and works together for the common goal of taking care of our clients. Shoulder tapping and asking questions is very common around here. Nobody is on an island alone. The team is very funny and we laugh a lot. 2. Technology. Parachute uses the latest and greatest technology. We definitely practice what we preach. 3. Clients. We have some of the most friendly clients. This is definitely due to Parachutes focus on taking care of our clients. Meetings with clients are not argumentative but more of a collaborative positive experience.

      Office Space. We are in search of a new office space.

      Pros

      Working at Parachute has been a wholly positive experience for me, with an outstanding group of good people, who make my work days enjoyable. The business is growing, which unlocks new opportunities to expand my career when I am ready to move forward with certifications. Elmo, the CEO, is very approachable, friendly, and overall one of the best bosses I have worked for.

      Parachute has been constantly growing since I started there, which at times creates growing pains, until we catch up to the growth.
