The ability to excel along a career path with regular reviews and meetings to make sure everyone is happy. Being able to work off site within schools and meet customers face to face I have worked at Parago for two years and it has gone extremely fast. Having started of in sales I was very quickly moved to support where my skill set was more suited. The people make the place , a lovely atmosphere and a great team with a lot of spirit. Everyone has a hardworking approach. The product itself is the best in the education management sector; with continuous developments over the past couple of years and more to come. I am sure Parago will continue its growth.
