You will love to play hide and seek with your job - at any point of time u can be fired without any reason mentioned. Believe me you will hate yourself for joining here. Best benefit of joining here is that you will have an idea how an owner of the company gets bankrupt in no time.
Cons
Product when demoed will look good, But when any customer buys license then the real cinema starts - pathetic service and maximum features of the product won’t work anytime. Owner of the company is expert in fake promises. Employees don’t get salaries on time. No petrol reimbursement, no incentives. Culture is like call centre. I have worked for 3 years in Paramantra, but I can confidently shout out that it’s the worst company I have ever come across. At times, I feel unsafe working here.
