Witnessed on several occasions within my short employment with this company: They hire people in order to pick their brain and then once you give them as much information or process refinements as you possibly can they terminate you. You are required to sign a terminate at will contract before they will extend an offer letter. So they have no reasons to terminate other than "they are just finished with you"
