Teams are genuinely friendly, willing to collaborate and outgoing. The leadership team appears to also be split in two, those that are engaging, are willing to plan and think things through, challenging current ways of thinking....
Cons
and a few that love a good old dictatorship , are reactive, constantly block progress or change that does not serve their agenda without reason, and slow down the team creating confusion then passing blame. Things are a bit chaotic..
