      leadership tuning needed

      Pros

      The organization had a strong cadre of staff, allowing them to carry out impactful programming.

      Cons

      The Executive leadership is in disarray since 2025. In fact the Glassdoor has not been updated to reflect new leadership. First, there are two co-executive directors - a structure absolutely unnecessary when they have had to let go of more than 80% of their staff and paying the rest 50% of their salary.

      PG has a great team of people who are all heavily invested into the mission of the organization

      Cons

      leadership lacks long term vision for sustainability and it seems like a lot of the recent problems have stemmed from band-aid solutions to problems rather than long term solutions
