      Pros

      The work is diverse and you have a lot of autonomy over the structure of your day. There is a very strong leadership team in place that are experienced and willing to help.

      Cons

      The pay. However, the fellowship program is great for networking and building your resume fire reform work or law school. Great benefits as well.

      Supportive, good benefits, good first job to help you getting used to the work force, offer lot of supportive services to help further your career after this fellowship.

      Cons

      Very emotionally taxing and low pay for where I was working.
