      Pros

      Awesome environment and working conditions. Great job for good pay. Fun and very productive work days. Easy to go above and beyond for a company that cared for their employees... until they didnt.

      Cons

      New management had no idea what they were doing. Made for a hostile work environment. Self centered egomaniac that was not looking for the best interest of the company.
