Any jobs on the ministry side are likely not 9-5 jobs. You're likely going to be putting in overtime most weeks, staying late, coming in early, sometimes working from home. It's very easy to burn out if you don't have appropriate self-monitoring systems in place (which Pathfinder is great about making sure of). It's definitely workplace that has ebbs and flows. Some weeks are a walk in the park, while some feel like a constant grind. I actually like the variation, but it's not for everyone. Finally, because this staff is so efficient and high-capacity, there aren't really excess staff members, meaning that a lot of responsibility falls on each person.
