Paychex really doesn't care about the talent they have. They are a 'data-driven' company, which means you're a number. The layoffs and office closures they had at the end of their fiscal year were just so they didn't have to pay bonuses but they paid out more to stockholders this year than in previous ones. John Gibson doesn't care about anything but the numbers, I wouldn't get comfortable.

Raises are very low. When I got there I waited for my 3 month review and was given 32 cents.
