The leadership team is quite toxic, some management colleagues are very difficult to work with and don't value you or provide any room for you to be you.
- Good level of non contributory pension
- Good Salary + allowance towards flexible benefits/taken as salary
- Interesting work
- highly competent colleagues
Cons
- Location (Stratford)
- Slow processes, convoluted review process
- Soon to be abolished and absorbed by the FCA.
Very much a rudderless ship. The company has no clear direction and communication lines are blurry at best. No leadership on key strategy and goals. Culture is something I’d say is toxic to work within. Planning is non existent with blaming coming from all directions, junior, to mid, to senior team members. Issues or jobs that would be 30mins in other organisations stretch out to days here.
