1. The old-fashioned ethical way of doing the right things, even if we are the only ones doing them and not doing the wrong things even when they are legal and the majority are doing them. I consider myself to belong to the first kind of people and I find PegB's environment supportive of unleashing individual's creativity, boosting teams’ ideas and turning them into new innovative products. Throughout my experience, the second kind of people would always ask “What’s in it for me?” and, if they don’t get satisfied, they would always find a platform to complain.

Even if PegB is not as perfect as I wish a company would be, it is where I want to be - a company that is authentic and a company of integrity.
